Booking information:

• double room/family room: prices per person per day, including buffet breakfast and all taxes and reductions
• apartment: prices per day, including all taxes and reductions. Final cleaning is included in the price
• prices are valid for a minimum stay of 7 days. Short stay surcharge
  € 10 per person and day
• children's rates negotiable
  
  
• arrival: please note that rooms are available from 15.00 and can be booked until 18.00 (please inform us if you are due to arrive later than 18.00)
• departure: please vacate the rooms by 10.00
  
  
• we cannot accept credit cards – only cash payments
  
  
• booking: a booking is only valid when in writin e-mail, letter or fax. To confirm a booking, we require a deposit payment of 30% of the full am or the complete invoice amount transferred to the bank account
• cancellation fee: 30 – 15 days prior arrival 30% of the full amount, 14 - 0 days prior arrival 80% of the full amount
  In case of late arrival or early departure the full, amount will be charged

• Considering the exceptional situation, we have decided to offer exceptional booking conditions for all bookings.
  What happens in case of a travel warning?
  In case of an active travel warning for your travel period for St.Anton am Arlberg the reservation can be cancelled. The prepayment will be refunded.
  
  
• pets are allowed and you have to pay € 10,- per pet and day.
